Today, I am announcing something I have wanted to build for a very long time: Minds That Moved Millions: The M3 Podcast Show.
I am Rahul G. Iyer, and this new podcast will take you inside the lives and minds of people whose ideas have changed industries, influenced generations and improved the way the world works. These will not be ordinary interviews built around job titles, awards or polished biographies. I want to understand the person behind the achievement.
What decision changed the direction of a life? What failure became a turning point? Who offered the lesson that no classroom could teach? What did it cost to defend an idea before other people could see its value? Those are the questions at the heart of The M3 Podcast Show.
Why I am creating this podcast
Over more than two decades, my work as an educator, course creator, consultant and transformation leader has allowed me to meet extraordinary people across quality, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, project management, operational excellence and artificial intelligence. Many of them have helped shape the systems, methods and decisions that professionals use every day. Yet the most valuable parts of their stories are often missing from the public record.
We see the finished book, the successful organization, the respected method or the celebrated career. We rarely hear about the uncertain beginning, the disagreement that changed a strategy, the rejection that created determination, or the quiet mentor who altered everything.
I created Minds That Moved Millions to preserve those stories and make them useful. I want every episode to leave you with more than inspiration. You should come away with an idea you can apply, a question you had not considered, or a clearer understanding of how meaningful work is actually built.
What you can expect from The M3 Podcast Show
The conversations will be open, practical and easy to follow. We will talk about leadership and legacy, but also about mistakes, difficult decisions and moments of doubt. We will explore how experienced leaders think when the answer is not obvious and how they continue learning after they have already achieved remarkable success.
Topics will cross disciplines because real transformation rarely fits inside a single subject. You can expect discussions involving:
- Quality, Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
- Project management, operational excellence and organizational change
- Artificial intelligence and the future of professional work
- Leadership, teaching, mentorship and the responsibility of influence
- Personal turning points that changed careers, organizations and lives
The language will remain accessible. You should not need a specialist title or technical background to understand why these stories matter. If you lead people, build something, teach, solve problems or simply want to make better decisions, this podcast is for you.
A personal project with a larger purpose
Courses have allowed me to share practical skills at scale through AIGPE®. The podcast gives me a different opportunity. It allows me to slow down, listen carefully and explore the experiences that cannot be reduced to a framework or a slide.
That distinction matters to me. A method can tell us what to do. A human story can show us why it matters, what can go wrong and how courage, judgment and persistence shape the outcome.
This website, rahulgiyer.com, will carry my personal announcements, reflections and behind the scenes notes from the show. The permanent home for podcast episodes, viewing links and the wider AIGPE® media library will be aigproexcellence.com. Together, the two sites will let you follow both the personal journey behind the series and the complete episode library.
What happens next
This is the first of three launch announcements. In the next announcement, I will introduce the first guest on The M3 Podcast Show. When the first episode is released, I will publish a third update with the official viewing link, key themes from the conversation and ways to follow the series.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who has helped turn this idea into a real show. I am also excited to share the first guest with you. That announcement is coming next.
